Follow these professional guidelines to maximize space, ensure safety during transport, and get the most value out of your 14-yard capacity.
Optimal Loading Strategy
Maximize Volume
Place bulky, light items on top. They fill the space without adding too much weight.
Stabilize with Mass
Keep the center of gravity low. Heavy items on the bottom prevent trailer sway.
Safety Tip: Never load above the top rail. It's illegal and dangerous for other drivers. Loading Compliance and Delay or Refusal of Transport Terms may apply.
Heavy Materials First
Concrete, brick, tile, drywall, and appliances must go on the bottom floor of the trailer to lower the center of gravity.
Lighter Materials on Top
Stack cardboard, boxes, foam, and general household items on top of the heavy base layer.
Spread Weight Evenly
Distribute the load evenly across the trailer floor. Avoid piling everything in just the front or back.

Weight-Based Pricing
Service tiers are estimates. Final pricing is determined by the actual verified weight of the load at the disposal facility. Loads exceeding their booked tier weight limit will be reclassified to the appropriate tier, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Acceptable Materials
We accept construction debris, household items, furniture, appliances, yard waste, and general clean-up materials. All materials must be properly contained within the transport unit.
Restricted Materials
Hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, and toxic materials are strictly prohibited. Contact us for specialty disposal options.
Safety Requirements
Customers must ensure safe site access, proper loading procedures, and compliance with weight limits. LoadAxis reserves the right to refuse unsafe loads. Rear-loading trailers require 6-12 inches of clearance from rear doors.
Customer Responsibilities
Proper loading, accurate material description, site access coordination, and adherence to scheduled pickup times are customer responsibilities. Advance scheduling is required for all same-day delivery and removal services. Delays caused by improper loading are billable.

We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, improperly loaded materials, or damages resulting from customer negligence. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate site information, proper material disclosure, and safe loading practices. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
